Holistic Counselling

Holistic counselling takes a comprehensive approach, considering the entirety of an individual—mind, body, and spirit—throughout the therapeutic process. It integrates various facets of one’s life, such as emotions, thoughts, behaviors, physical well-being, and spirituality, to foster overall health and balance. The objective is to understand the person and their challenges better.
This approach often entails collaborative exploration between the counsellor and the individual to identify and address underlying issues that impact different aspects of their life. Holistic counselling also involves a self-reflective journey during sessions. Professionally, I advocate for the potency of holistic healing, employing diverse techniques like CBT, the Person-Centered approach, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Counseling, Energy Healing, and Meditation. The focus is on promoting balance, self-awareness, and personal growth across various dimensions of life.
As a Certified International Natural Healer, I am registered with CMA (The Complementary Medicine Association), ACA (Australia Counselling Association).
